Residential window cleaning in Savannah's historic and midtown neighborhoods
The best window cleaning you’ve ever had, or it’s free.
Savannah is where our Chatham County routes begin. From the rowhouses and carriage houses of the Landmark Historic District to the big porches of Ardsley Park and the ranch homes under the pines in Windsor Forest, we clean windows inside and out on a set neighborhood day.

What Savannah does to a window
The live oaks are the first thing Savannah does to a window. Ardsley Park, Chatham Crescent, Gordonston and the squares downtown sit under a canopy that is a century or more old, and from late February into April it drops a yellow-green pollen that coats every pane, sash and sill. After the pollen comes the tannin, which drips off the moss and the leaves every time it rains and leaves brown streaks on the glass below. Shaded windows stay damp for days, and mildew settles into the corners of the frames.
The second thing is the water. Savannah sits on a tidal river inside a belt of salt marsh, and the humidity off the marsh keeps a gray film on north-facing glass most of the year. Homes near Coffee Bluff, the Vernon River and the Wilmington River take a light salt haze on an east wind, heaviest in a nor'easter or a fall storm. Downtown and in Thomas Square the old single-pane sashes sweat on cold mornings, and the storm panes trap grime between the two layers.
We keep it from building up by working each neighborhood on a set day. Most Savannah homes do well on a quarterly plan, with a spring visit timed to the end of pollen season. Homes on the marsh or the river usually want every two months. We know the parking and alley access on the squares and work the historic blocks early before the street fills up.

Savannah window cleaning questions
How much does window cleaning cost in Savannah?
First-clean pricing varies by home size and service package. A first cleaning, inside and out, is $259 for a home up to 2,000 square feet, $329 for 2,000 to 3,500 square feet, and $429 for larger homes on our Silver package. After that, a quarterly maintenance plan runs $60, $77, or $100 a month for those same home sizes. Oceanfront and riverfront estates get a custom quote.
How often should windows be cleaned in Savannah?
Homes under the oaks in Ardsley Park, Gordonston and Habersham Woods do well every quarter, which keeps pollen, tannin drip and mildew from building up. Homes on the marsh or the river at Coffee Bluff, Bona Bella or Thunderbolt do better every two months because of the salt. Most people have the inside glass done once a year.
Do you work in the gated communities?
Yes. We work in Dutch Island, Burnside Island, Southbridge and The Landings, and in the downtown condo buildings with front-desk or fob access. Just add us to your gate list or tell us the procedure when you book.
Can you remove hard water spots from sprinklers?
In most cases, yes. Mineral spots from sprinkler overspray need a dedicated treatment rather than regular cleaning. Tell us about them on the quote form and we will look at them on the first visit.
